A house in the village of Kmetovtsi

A plot of land with a two-storey house, situated in the Pre-Balkan village of Kmetovtsi. The village of Kmetovtsi is located 7 km east of Gabrovo, halfway along the Gabrovo–Bozhentsi road. It features a distinct Pre-Balkan landscape. The Bozhana River flows through the village, dividing it into two parts.The village has guest houses, a holiday resort – Fenerite – in the National Revival style, a camping site and recreational sport fishing at the ‘Kmetovtsi Fish Farm’. The property is situated in the northern part of the village. The house has two bathrooms on each floor and a dining room furnished with solid wood furniture and flooring.
